My Awesome Holiday

When I went to Auckland I got to leave school at lunchtime. When I left my classroom I had to go and pick up my brother from Room 16.After I had picked up my brother we went to meet Tom and Claire at the front field. When we got to the airport we had to be really fast because we were late. Soon it was time to get on to the plane. When we arrived in Auckland we met Grandma at the door and then she took us out for lunch at the mall. After we went to the mall we drove back to Grandmas house and watched T.V while eating waffles.

The next day we had to wake up really early because we were meeting Mum, Dad and Ruby at our auntie’s house. It took a really long time to get there because they live out in the countryside so we played games to pass away the time. Finally we arrived at their house we were really excited to see them because the last time I saw them was when I was about 7.When we got there we unloaded our stuff from the car and then went to watch a movie with Louis and Oscar (our cousins.) Soon it was time to go to bed George and Louis were sleeping in a bunk bed and me and my sister were sleeping on a double blow up mattress together. During the middle of the night my sister woke me up by spewing up all over the bed!!! The next day it was pouring down with rain but we didn’t care Ruby and I walked down to the warehouse and bought some shoes we also walked down to the mall and had some lunch. Then we drove back to grandmas and met our cousins (who are twins) there. Later on that night my cousins and my sister made a music video parody to Friday by Rebecca Black. Then on Sunday Mum and I went down Town to buy my dad a birthday present because it was his birthday on the Queens birthday!!! Then it was time for my dad and sister to leave because they had booked flights at a different time to George and I. While we were waiting for our flight we went to this place called Butterfly Creek. We saw a fish about twice the size of your head then we went into a butterfly house and if you reached your arms out then at least 2 butterflies would land on your arms!!! We walked through a door to a room and it had 2 huge crocodiles, 6 baby alligators and a bearded dragon!!! Next we went into a room full of bugs but we didn’t get to see them because George ran through screaming, “out out I want to go out “ so we went out after that it was time for our flight so we said goodbye to mum and we were off!!!
